Aluminium Gangway Ladder
Aluminium Gangway Ladder also called wharf ladder, with a hook at one side and a roller at another side, made of corrosion-resistant marine grade aluminum alloy with SOLAS approved.
- Length available from 1m to 20m
- Complete with handrail stanchions and sockets
- Comply with ISO 7061
- MED or CCS approved
Aluminium Gangway Ladder can be classified into two types from structure
- Bowed Truss
- Straight Truss
When gangway length above 8m, in order to easy carrying and storage, gangway can be designed into two types.
- Type A (One Body), length from 1 to 20m
- Type B (Jointed), length from 8 to 20m
Description
Comply with:
- Clause 3-9,Chapter II-1 of the SOLAS 1974 and MSC.256(84) for its Amendment
- MSC.1/Circ.1331,Guidelines for the construction, installation, maintenance and inspection/survey of means of embarkation and disembarkation
- ISO 7061:2024 – Ships and marine technology – Aluminium shore gangways for seagoing vessels
Tests Carried Out:
Design verification tests according to ISO 7061 (2015), each gangway delivery shall undergo the testing procedures specified in ISO 7061 §9.3, for on board testing, reference is made to IMO circular MSC.1/Circ.1331 – IMO “Guidelines for Construction, Installation, Maintenance and Inspection of means of Embarkation and Disembarkation”.
