Embarkation ladder made of mildew-resistant manila rope (quality 1), hardwood and rubber steps, meeting ISO 5489:2024. Bottom termination has endless type and standard type.
Embarkation ladder is a flexible emergency rope ladder installed at survival‑craft embarkation stations onboard seagoing vessels, used to provide safe, controlled descent for crew and passengers from ship deck down to survival crafts.
Tested in ISO5489:2008(E), Sec. 5 and IMO Res.MSC.81(70)
