Rubber Steps

Rubber steps with steel frame lined shall be fitted to the bottom four steps of pilot and embarkation ladders to absorb the crushing impact from pilot boats.

According to ISO 799 and ISO 5489, rubber steps must strictly comply with specific material(high-quality black rubber), dimension(525×115×25mm), and construction rules(spaced between 330± 20mm) to maintain safety during evacuations.

 

Description

Introduction:

Rubber Steps shall be ISO 799 and ISO 5489 and SOLAS-compliant steps with dimension roughly 525 × 115 × 30 mm, with non-skid grooved surface and high-strength steel frame lined, minimum test static load must be 8.8 kN and shall not break and crack.

Intended for:

Manufacture and repair Pilot ladder, embarkation ladder and rope ladder
